PrepSurgeryPrep (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal health information. Anything you enter into our medical calculators is processed in your browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

Feedback and clinic enquiries

If you choose to rate a page, we store the page, your selected answer and the time of submission. If you add a comment, it is private by default. We publish it anonymously only when you separately consent and it passes moderation. Please do not include names, contact details or medical information in feedback.

Clinic pilot requests contain the organisation, work email, role, selected need and optional message you submit. We use this information only to assess and respond to the request. Feedback and enquiries are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and kept only while they remain useful for moderation, service improvement or responding to the enquiry.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies and collect anonymized data such as your approximate location, device type, and the pages you visit. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Advertising
